Returns Policy

We offer you right of return for 7 days from the date you have picked up your item. 

As we do not offer free returns, the cost of the return will be withdrawn from the refund.  Please note we do not stand for customs payments. 

EU customers please follow these steps to make a return: 

 

 

International customers: We want you to be mindful of that we do not stand for the return or custom payments / taxes etc and the fee's can be very high. If you want to make a return, please send an email to contact@mollyellen.com with your order N° and tracking N° and the reason to why you want to make a return. 

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in. 

Please save your tracking number for the return. We also recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records.

All returns must be:
* Unworn
* Have no signs of wear or damage
* In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
* In all original packaging (box and pouch included)

Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Molly Ellen has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

Please note that we don't accept returns with made to order - products. 

Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. It may also have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we will gladly replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund
you in full) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur to return the item to us. Please email us at contact@mollyellen.com or fill in the contact form and send us a copy of the receipt for any shipping costs you incur.

All claims for damaged items must be made within 2 business days of receiving your order. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage.

Please take photographs of any damage and email them to us before sending the item back, as we need to report damage to our insurer, delivery courier and warehouse.
